    平顶山烟区主要种植烤烟品种光合生理特性研究

    The Photosynthetic Physiology Characteristics of the Main Cultivation Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties in Pingdingshan Tobacco-growing Area

    • 摘要: 为了弄清平顶山烟区主要烤烟品种旺长期的光合差异,以烤烟品种NC297、NC89和中烟100为供试材料,利用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统对各品种的光响应曲线进行了拟合,对其旺长期光合生理指标及光合色素含量的差异进行了研究.结果表明,随着光照强度的增大,气孔导度、净光合速率和蒸腾速率随之升高,而胞间CO2浓度则随之降低;NC297和NC89在强光下出现光抑制现象,中烟100在设定的光强内光合速率未达到完全饱和;中烟100的光补偿点(LCP)最低,光饱和点(LSP)最高,呼吸速率最低,NC297的最大净光合速率最高,NC89的表观量子效率(AQY)最高;叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量均以NC89最高,中烟100最低,中烟100的叶绿素a/b最高.

       

      Abstract: In order to study the photosynthetic capacity of different tobacco varieties, with flue-cured tobacco varieties NC297, NC89, zhongyan100 as material, photosynthetic physiology index and photosynthetic pigments were studied by using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The photosynthetic light-response curve of different cultivars was alsosimulated.The results show that, (1) With increasing of light intensity the stoma conductance, net-photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate went up gradually while concentration of intercellular CO2 concentration went down gradually; (2) zhong yan100 had the highest the light saturation point, the lowest the light compensation point and the dark respiration rates, NC297 had the highest the maximum photosynthetic rates, NC89 had the highest the apparent quantum yields; (3) the total contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids is the greatest for NC89 and smallest for zhongyan100, Chlorophyll a/b is the greatest for zhongyan100.
