摘要: 隨著煙草國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草產(chǎn)品的檢測(cè)成為煙草貿(mào)易關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。目前對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草產(chǎn)品的檢測(cè)方法主要有兩種,一種是以DNA為基礎(chǔ)的PCR法,另一種是以蛋白質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)的ELISA法。筆者主要論述了轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草PCR檢測(cè)法的研究進(jìn)展,這對(duì)開展轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草檢測(cè)的研究工作有一定的參考價(jià)值。Abstract: With the development of tobacco international trade, the detection of genetically modified (GM) tobacco products has been a worldwide research focus. Currently, two methods are applied including PCR and ELISA, based on DNA and protein, respectively. In this paper, the development of PCR used in detecting GM tobacco was reviewed, which might provide a useful tool for researching program of GM tobacco detection.
