    • 摘要: 介紹了一種同時提取煙草中茄尼醇和煙堿作為供試溶液，并利用反相高效液相色譜法測定兩者含量的簡便方法。實驗證明，該方法操作簡便，精密度高，重復性好，具有一定的實用價值。

       

      Abstract: A simple method to extract and determinate solanesol and nicotine in tobacco was introduced in this paper. The content of solanesol and nicotine could be determinated by RP-HPLC simultaneously. The results showed the method was accurate, stable, repeatable, and practical.
