溶劑助蒸餾法在煙草香氣成分分析中的應(yīng)用
Application of Solvent Co-distillation in the Analysis of Tobacco Aroma Compounds

摘要: 通過溶劑助蒸餾法分離、收集煙草中的香氣物質(zhì),用GC/MS進行了定性分析,并用內(nèi)標(biāo)法進行定量分析。對煙草中近30種主要香氣物質(zhì)進行了定量分析,探討了分析方法的重復(fù)性,比較了溶劑助蒸餾與同時蒸餾萃取對分析結(jié)果的影響。溶劑助蒸餾方法簡便、快速,易于操作,重復(fù)性令人滿意,定量結(jié)果接近同時蒸餾萃取法。Abstract: Solvent co-distillation was employed to isolate and collect the aroma compounds of tobacco, which were then determined by GC/MS. The major aroma compounds in the isolated mixture were quantified with the internal standard (methyl nicotinate) added. Compared with the simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), the solvent co-distillation was fast, convenient, and easy to operate. The repeatability was satisfactory. The obtained result was comparable to those obtained from SDE.
