對(duì)打葉復(fù)烤企業(yè)技術(shù)改造的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與評(píng)估

Risk Analysis and Assessment to Enterprise Technology Improvement of Tobacco Leaf Re-drying

摘要: 為了降低技術(shù)改造風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，以打葉復(fù)烤技術(shù)改造為例，借鑒歷史資料，分析了打葉復(fù)烤技術(shù)改造過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。應(yīng)用魚(yú)刺圖、Delphi法與數(shù)學(xué)分析相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)打葉復(fù)烤技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和評(píng)估。該方法的提出和應(yīng)用對(duì)降低打葉復(fù)烤技術(shù)改造風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要意義。

Abstract: In order to reduce the risk during the process of technology improvement, take the tobacco leaf re-drying process as an example, we identified the risk factors during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement, and analyzed and assessed the risk using fish bone diagram, Delphi method, and mathematic model. The proposal and application of this approach by this study will play significant contribution in reducing risks during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement.
