降煙堿節(jié)桿菌發(fā)酵條件研究

A Preliminary Study on the Bacteria (Arthrobacter sp.) Fermentation Conditions for Nicotine Decomposition

摘要: 在12 種發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基、不同溫度、pH 和培養(yǎng)時(shí)間條件下, 對(duì)細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)能力和降煙堿能力進(jìn)行測(cè)定, 初步篩選出適宜4# 菌株生長(zhǎng)的為11 號(hào)培養(yǎng)基, 在5 號(hào)、7 號(hào)、9 號(hào)培養(yǎng)基中4# 菌株降煙堿能力強(qiáng); 適宜9# 菌株生長(zhǎng)的為8號(hào)培養(yǎng)基, 在7 號(hào)、9 號(hào)、11 號(hào)、12 號(hào)培養(yǎng)基中9# 菌株的降煙堿能力較強(qiáng)。適宜4# 和9# 的培養(yǎng)條件分別為30℃、pH6.5、48 h 和35℃、pH 6.5、56 h。

Abstract: Effects of twelve fermentation media, temperature, pH and culturing time on nicotine degradationby bacteria strain 4 # and 9#were studied. Results showed that 11# medium was suitable for the growth of strain4#, and 5#, 7# and 9# medium were suitable for nicotine degradation. Suitable medium for growth of strain 9# was8# medium, and the ability to degrade nicotine was higher in medium 7#, 9#, 11# and 12#. Suitable culturing conditions for strain 4 # and 9# were at 30℃, pH 6.5,48h and 35℃, pH 6.5, 56h respectively.
