優(yōu)化耕作制度促進(jìn)云南主產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展

摘要: 煙葉主產(chǎn)區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)煙葉生產(chǎn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展, 實(shí)現(xiàn)煙葉生產(chǎn)與環(huán)境保護(hù)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展, 必須逐步建立以煙為主的耕作制度。煙葉主產(chǎn)區(qū)以煙為主耕作制度的建立要納入大農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中通盤考慮, 一切與煙相關(guān)的制度的制定都要服從和服務(wù)于烤煙生產(chǎn), 而不是損害烤煙生產(chǎn)。本文通過對傳統(tǒng)耕作制度的利弊分析, 明確闡述了煙葉主產(chǎn)區(qū)建立以煙為主的耕作制度的可行性, 提出了建立以煙為主的新型耕作制度的建議和措施。Abstract: The farming system of leaf tobacco should be established for the sustainable development of leaf tobacco production and its coordination with environment protection. All the agriculture regulations are required to be subject to the tobacco production. The proposals and countermeasures are also put forward.
