    卷煙過(guò)濾嘴降解菌的篩選及其降解效果的電鏡觀察

    Selection of Filter Decomposing Strains and Electron Microscope Scanning of Their Effects

    • 摘要: 從土壤和不同材料的堆肥中分離篩選高效穩(wěn)定的纖維素分解菌,對(duì)一種改良卷煙過(guò)濾嘴材料進(jìn)行降解,利用電子掃描顯微鏡來(lái)探討該卷煙過(guò)濾嘴纖維素的降解過(guò)程與機(jī)理,初步了解該材料在環(huán)境中的降解行為,以便今后改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝,生產(chǎn)出更易于自然降解的過(guò)濾嘴材料。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,這種改良材料在添加菌種的條件下,3 d 降解率可達(dá)40%以上。

       

      Abstract: Two strains were selected from the soil and compost to decompose the reformative cellulose films using as cigarette filter materials. The decomposing progress of the film was studied by electron microscope scanning to get the preliminary understanding of the impacts of environmental behaviors on such film degradation so that the technology could be improved in the future to produce some filter material degraded easily, as well as to reduce the film pollution in the soils. In this experiment, the decomposing ratio of both strains could reach more than 40% in three days.
